Password, two-step verification and sessions

Three things to do once, after which nobody gets into your account from someone else’s laptop.

Changing your password

    Go to Settings → Security (Ustawienia → Bezpieczeństwo)
  2. 2
    In the Password section (Hasło), enter the current one and the new one
  3. 3
    Click Change password (Zmień hasło)

After a password change your other devices are signed out. That’s intended — if you’re changing the password because something worried you, a phone in someone else’s pocket should lose access at once.

Two-step verification

    In the Two-step verification section (Dwuetapowa weryfikacja), turn protection onA QR code appears.
  2. 2
    Scan the code with an authenticator appGoogle Authenticator, 1Password, Authy — any app that generates six-digit codes.

    Type in the code from the app to confirmFrom now on, signing in asks for a code as well as your password.
Note

The owner account has access to invoices, clients and driver data. Two-step verification costs five minutes once — and it’s the difference between a stolen password and a stolen company.

Active sessions

The Active sessions list (Aktywne sesje) shows where you’re signed in — with the device and address. You end a single one with Sign out session (Wyloguj sesję), and all the others at once with Sign out other devices (Wyloguj inne urządzenia).

Look here after losing your phone or working on someone else’s computer. One click and it’s dealt with.
