The registration number, and that’s it. Add the insurance and inspection dates when you have them to hand.

Invite a driver
You enter a name and an email address, the driver gets a code. They install the app and set their own password.

Enter your first order
Client, freight rate, loading, unloading. Assign a driver and a vehicle.

The driver sets off
A photo of the odometer, then “Start route” (Rozpocznij trasę). From then on the route, working time and costs record themselves.

Check what’s been collected
When the job is done you have the kilometres, hours, receipts and margin. You didn’t type in any of it.

Issue the invoice
From the order, in one click. The file goes to your client’s inbox and to KSeF, Poland’s national e-invoicing system.
